D\u00edt\u011b mlad\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed let nem\u00e1 na p\u0159ijet\u00ed        do M\u0160 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed n\u00e1rok. Od po\u010d\u00e1tku \u0161koln\u00edho roku, kter\u00fd n\u00e1sleduje po dni, kdy d\u00edt\u011b dos\u00e1hne p\u00e1t\u00e9ho roku v\u011bku, do zah\u00e1jen\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed doch\u00e1zky d\u00edt\u011bte, je p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed povinn\u00e9, nen\u00ed-li d\u00e1le stanoveno jinak.         <br><br><strong><em>Z\u00e1pis k\u00a0p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<br><\/em><\/strong>Z\u00e1pis k\u00a0p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed od n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho roku se kon\u00e1 v\u00a0obdob\u00ed od 2. kv\u011btna do 16. kv\u011btna. Term\u00edn a m\u00edsto kon\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1pisu stanov\u00ed \u0159editelka mate\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0161koly, v\u00a0dohod\u011b se z\u0159izovatelem a zve\u0159ejn\u00ed        zp\u016fsobem v\u00a0m\u00edst\u011b obvykl\u00fdm. D\u00edt\u011b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159ijato k\u00a0p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed i v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u0161koln\u00edho roku, pokud M\u0160 disponuje volnou kapacitou.         <br><br><strong><em>Povinnost p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed         <\/em><\/strong><br>Vztahuje se:<br>&#8211; na st\u00e1tn\u00ed ob\u010dany \u010cR, kte\u0159\u00ed        pob\u00fdvaj\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed st\u00e1tu d\u00e9le ne\u017e 90 dn\u016f <br>&#8211; na ob\u010dany jin\u00fdch \u010dlensk\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f EU, kte\u0159\u00ed pob\u00fdvaj\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed st\u00e1tu d\u00e9le ne\u017e 90 dn\u016f na jin\u00e9 cizince, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou opr\u00e1vn\u011bni pob\u00fdvat na \u00fazem\u00ed st\u00e1tu po dobu del\u0161\u00ed 90 dn\u016f<br>&#8211; na \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o ud\u011blen\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed ochrany P\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte k\u00a0povinn\u00e9mu p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<br>&#8211; z\u00e1konn\u00fd z\u00e1stupce je povinen p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit d\u00edt\u011b k\u00a0z\u00e1pisu k\u00a0p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm roce, ve kter\u00e9m za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 povinnost p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho        vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<br>        Je-li d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159ijato do jin\u00e9 ne\u017e sp\u00e1dov\u00e9 \u0161koly, ozn\u00e1m\u00ed \u0159editel        tuto skute\u010dnost bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu \u0159editeli sp\u00e1dov\u00e9 \u0161koly.         Forma        povinn\u00e9ho p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed:<br>&#8211; m\u00e1 formu pravideln\u00e9 denn\u00ed        doch\u00e1zky v\u00a0pracovn\u00edch dnech, v\u00a0rozsahu stanoven\u00e9m ve \u0160koln\u00edm        \u0159\u00e1du. Nen\u00ed d\u00e1na ve dnech, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed na obdob\u00ed \u0161koln\u00edch        pr\u00e1zdnin v\u00a0Z\u0160         dal\u0161\u00ed        formou je tzv. individu\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 pevn\u011b        stanoven\u00e9 podm\u00ednky a postupy (\u00a734b \u0160Z)                 \u00a0         <br><br><strong><em>Ukon\u010den\u00ed p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<br><\/em><\/strong>&#8211; Chceme vytv\u00e1\u0159et prost\u0159ed\u00ed        s\u00a0dostatkem mnohostrann\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f k\u00a0jejich rozvoji a u\u010den\u00ed,        pomoc\u00ed her a z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f formovat celou osobnost d\u00edt\u011bte. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem        je dob\u0159e d\u011bti p\u0159ipravit na velkou zm\u011bnu v\u00a0jejich \u017eivot\u011b &#8211; na        vstup do z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly.<br>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed        metodou p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0na\u0161ich \u0161kol\u00e1ch je hra.        U\u010ditelky d\u011bti do hry nenut\u00ed, ale vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed pro hru p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti        a nab\u00eddky tak, aby zaujaly co nejv\u00edce d\u011bt\u00ed, nejl\u00e9pe v\u0161echny.  <br>       <br><strong><em>Charakteristika        na\u0161ich \u0161kol<br><\/em><\/strong>Mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola Hostomice je p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkovou organizac\u00ed, s \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed od 1. 1. 2003. \u0160kola m\u00e1 dv\u011b pracovi\u0161t\u011b a to na adrese Hostomice, Husova 308, z\u0159izovatelem je  M\u011bstys Hostomice, kapacita je 50 d\u011bt\u00ed. Budova poch\u00e1z\u00ed z roku 1984 a byla postavena jako mate\u0159sk\u00e1 \u0161kola. D\u011bti jsou rozd\u011bleny do dvou heterogenn\u00edch t\u0159\u00edd. <br> Odlou\u010den\u00e9 pracovi\u0161t\u011b na adrese Sv\u011btec, Chot\u011bjovice, Dvo\u0159\u00e1kova 34, z\u0159izovatelem je  O\u00da Sv\u011btec a kapacita je 20 d\u011bt\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o jednot\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed mate\u0159skou \u0161kolu, kter\u00e1 vznikla \u00fapravou rodinn\u00e9ho domku.<br><br><strong><em>Bezpe\u010dnost        d\u011bt\u00ed je zaji\u0161t\u011bna dohledem pedagog\u016f a \u0161kolnice:<br><\/em><\/strong>P\u0159i        rann\u00edm sch\u00e1zen\u00ed rodi\u010de vstupuj\u00ed do budovy v\u00a0Hostomic\u00edch pomoc\u00ed        \u010dipu, po osm\u00e9 hodin\u011b se M\u0160 uzamkne a p\u0159\u00edstup do budovy je bu\u010f z\u00a0hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho        pavilonu (zvonek) nebo na zazvon\u011bn\u00ed u hlavn\u00edho vchodu.
